No! The Cruise Globe app is still completely free to use, as it has been since the day we launched. Memberships are an optional way of supporting us in our goal to becoming the #1 cruise app, in exchange for behind-the-scenes insights, insider access, and other perks.
Yes! If you subscribe for 1 year, you only pay for 10 months - you essentially get 2 months FREE. Annual subscriptions are charged in one lump sum once a year. If you want to try membership out for a few months first, you can still then change to start an annual plan later on.
We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country.
If you opt for a monthly membership, payments are billed once a month starting on the day you buy your membership. If you opt for an annual membership, payments are billed once a year starting on the day you buy your membership.
Yes, you can upgrade or cancel your membership anytime.
If you upgrade: You get immediate access to your new benefits. We will automatically apply the value of any unused time from your old plan as a credit towards your new plan, so you only pay the difference.
If you cancel: You will keep all your membership benefits until your current paid-for period (monthly or annual) ends. Your subscription will not renew, and no refunds are issued.
